Writing in Circles
I thought, 'it's not yet coming',
then, 'here it is'
but yet I realized, it was already gone.
To write is to talk,
without interruptions or intrusions.
to get the message out
without saying a word.
like the rose,
that stands out tall and strong
that can be saved for years to come
like the pearls
with every word as glossy as the next
in a never ending circle
with no beginning or end.
'go and write'
it was once said
' if the words be strong and fair'
' just go and write'
be looped in the loops
of the non existing coil
that keep the words flowing through the mind
and the hand moving across the page
like a never ending string of pearls
or the rose that never withers.
close the door
with no one looking.
Forget the rules
write for no one
write like there is no one out there
who cares about what runs through your mind.
Write not to say something
but because you have something to say.
